The concept of the Mona Lisa is very simple as the owners are well travelled and have eaten in some of the finest restaurants all over the world.
It's their belief not to serve a dish that they wouldn't enjoy themselves.
Nothing gives them greater pleasure than to see the look on the clients faces when the dishes are served before them.

Born in Italy in 1964, he left school early to assist his parents in running their restaurant and hotel. In 2003 he moved to Marbella where he was employed as a manager of a large Italian restaurant chain for several years but was always looking for a business to call his own and put his knowledge and skills to better use
